ok i made this inot one big topic cause i really did not want to clutter the forum with 15 diff topics, so yea i will number and serperate by class and you can vote on what you like

Elementalist

1)Obsidian Blades(Earth Magic)
Elite Weapon Spell
15 E, 3 cast, 60 recharge.

For 20...40 seconds your attacks are melee attacks and they deal 2...14-4...23 earth damage and you have +20...+40 armor.

*comments: ok i know weapon spells tend to be rit only but really some other classes have spell types from other classes too, the rit has shadow step ^^, also basicly this allows for more proper use of crystal wave and aftershock and such*

2)Sonic Boom(Air Magic)
spell
5E, 1 cast, 20 recharge.

Target foe and all other foes in earshot take 5...25 damage and are unaffected by shouts and chants for 5...10 seconds.

*comments: ok this on is easy to figure out, you make loud bang noise which hurts their ears and temporarly deafens you ^^*

3)Glyph of Exausting Renewal(no attribute)
Glyph
5E, 1 cast, 30 recharge

Your next spell recharges instantly but causes exhaustion. if this spell alredy causes exhaustion it causes double exhaustion.

*comments: basicly a non-elite version of glyph o renew*

4)Signet of Renewing Energy(energy storage)
Signet
2 cast, 30 recharge

Lose all exhaustion, for each point of exhaustion lost lose 4...2 energy. if this energy lose would drop you energy below zero, you suffer 1/4...1/2 of this back in exhaustion.

*comments: ok eles were the only class to not have a signet so i gave them one, also there is currently no way to deal with exhaustion once you have it. this would not be able to be abused by other classes because one its in energy storage and 2 if you cant pay to remove the exhaustion it just comes back.*

Necromancer

5)Corrupt Soul(curses)
Hex Spell
10E, 2 cast, 30 recharge

For 10...20 seconds, the next time hexed foe casts a spell they becomes poisoned for 10...20 seconds, and their target becomes poisoned for 10...20.

*comments: simple good to put on monk bad to put on ele ^^*

Monk

6)Mark of the Martyr(smiting prayers)
Elite Enchantment Spell
15E, 3/4 cast, 30 recharge

For 1...10 seconds if enchanted ally is killed by a foe that foe takes 80...150 holy damage and is knocked down.

*comments: ok this would have a very obvious animation so that basicly this is dont touch him or pay skills lol*

Warrior

7)"Taste Cold Steel!"(strength)
Shout
4 adren, 30 recharge

for 10...20 seconds. Your next 1...10 attacks deal an additional +2...20 cold damage.

*comments: yes this is a line rurik uses.... even though he has a firey sword O.o*

8)"Back Off!"(tactics)
Shout
5E, 30 recharge

All adjecent attacking foes are knocked down and lose 2...10 energy.

*comments: keep those pesky sins off you >.<*

Mesmer

9)Destroy Mind(Fast Casting)
Spell
5E, 1/4 cast, 20 recharge

Interrupt target foes action, if its a spell and you have more energy than that foe they become dazed for 1...10 seconds

*comments: basicly useless against eles except for interupt but mught be good for otehr classes*

Ritualist

10)Weapon of the Gaurdian(restoration)
Weapon Spell
5E, 1/4 sec cast, 30 recharge

For 1...5 seconds, affected ally has a 25...50% chance to block attacks, 1...4 health regen and can only take 7...40% maximum health in damage. this ends prematurely if that ally attacks or uses a skill.

*comments: a nice SAVE ME skill.*

Paragon

11)Deafening Battle Roar(command)
Shout
5E, 60 recharge

all allies in earshot attack 5...25% faster and move 5...25% faster for 5...20 seconds but are unaffected by shouts and chants for 30...15 seconds.

*comments: kinda self explanatory ^^*

Dervish

12)Blessing of the Gods(mysticism)
Enchantment Spell
10E, 2 cast, 60 recharge

For 20...40 seconds you have 2...6 damage reduction. If you are under the effects of a form you instead have 2...5 health regeneration.
*comments: i wanted a skill that was actually affected by forms*

Assasin

13)Tie Fates(deadly arts)
Hex Spell
15E, 1 cast, 30 recharge

For 5...20 seconds, whenever you attack another foe, hexed foe also takes 5...25% of that damage and you lose 8...2 energy. this does not reduce the damage.

*comments: 2 for 1 deal ^^*

14)Deadly Intent(deadly Arts)
Hex Spell
10E, 3/4 cast, 20 recharge

hex target foe for 10 seconds. Hexed foe cannot block your attacks, you attack 25% faster and your attacks always result in a critical hit while attacking hexed foe. Attacks against other foes while this hex is active fail.

*comments:talk about commiments, until the hex is removed or target dies you cant attack anyone else....*

Ranger

15)Enflamed Wounds(wilderness survival)
Elite Nature Ritual
15E, 6 cast, 60 recharge

Create a lvl 1...18 spirit that lasts 30...90 seconds. whenever a creature in Enflamed Wounds range would suffer a condition they suffer from burning instead.

*comments: well this is good and bad... easier to burn people but then you cant cripple bleed or daze them... then again that could work in your benifit too lol*

ok there we go just type a number and you comments please, and feel free to tell me if any skill has balance issues.

That monk skills way to easy to use.
Minion time! lmao
Also the dervish... we don't really need a better "tanking" skill for them do we?
I'm also guessing a lot of these would be elites.

the ones that say elite are elite lol, also the monk one a foe has to land the finishing blow, so you cant sac to kill. also the dervish one is just a rough idea i just want dervishes to have skills taht are better with forms and such.

But for that monk skill, think about it in AB.

uses that elite copy thingy...
Uses Mantra of recovery...
Or uses Echo...
Or uses Arcane Echo...
or an Me/E or E/Me uses glyph of renewal...

Yeah, put it on the NPCs right before they die, then the people raiding that place die too. Depending on how many are trying to sack it in ratio to how many NPCs there are.

-i like sonic boom it is a needed addition
-there are ways to deal with exaustion
-monk skill is way too crazy insta kill does not need to exist in GW for players to use
-"taste cold steel!" is overpowered too much + damage look at sig of str
-destroy mind seems a little on the elite side and needs a down side effects or shorter daze
-deadly intent is way way to strong that would be worse the the sp/boa problem
-enflamed wounds would have to be elite and still a little strong imagine sf+epidemic+conditions that would be imposible to stop

5 concept skills for Mesmer:

Envy: Hex Spell En:10/Cst:2/Rchrg:15
For 6 seconds, the next time target foe uses a weapon spell, that foe takes 26...45 damage and the target of that weapon spell loses 3 energy.

Apathetic Removal: Spell En:10/Cst:2/Rchrg:25
If target foe is under the effects of a weapon spell, that weapon spell is removed and that foe loses 3...7 energy.

Guilty Consience: Hex Spell En:15/Cst:3/Rchrg:20
For 5...13 seconds, the next time target foe comes under the effects of a shout or chant, that shout or chant is removed and the caster loses 5...8 energy.

Headache: Spell En:5/Cst:2/Rchrg:25
Target foe is struck for 20...80 damage and if that foe or any adjacent foe is under the effects of a stance, that stance ends. (Only one foe will lose a stance.)

Nefarious Ether: Elite Hex Spell En:5/Cst:2/Rchrg:20
For 8...17 seconds, the next time target foe or any nearby foes' health drops below 50%, that foe takes 3...15 damage for each skill they have that is recharging.


Notes:

Many people may not like the idea of a weapon spell removal,

ok a few things, first off dean going a little removal crazy lol.

second destroy mind has a strong downside you need more energy than them, so it will never work against eles and only sometimes work against others.

taste cold steel is a quick one i came up with, any ideas on how to balance?

mark of the martyr is too powerful your right.... maybe like 200 damage or sumthing.

also the only way to deal with exaustion now is glyph of energy that i know of... and thats only before you get it.

enflamed wounds might be a bit too much too, so you say elite ok i agree.

deadly intent in my eyes is bad cause if they prot target you are useless, but if you disagree tell me how to fix.

and yea i thought sonic boom was a very useful little addition ^^

and gamershoes.... i think you are on too much sugar or crack cause i cannot understand wtf you are talking about >.<

and guys i numbered then for a reason lol

also you are ignoreing my fav skill obsidian blades lol

ya. the mark of the martyr thing...go to the shiro mish and bring a low-level hero (or just a hench), at beginning u enchant them with a maintained enchantment, and go get them killed. lol.

I remember posting 7 Mesmer skills correlating to the seven deadly sins on GFAQs. I remember it getting some pretty good acclaim. If only I could remember what they actually were....

A lot of these are very overpowered. Mainly because if you combine these with other professions its GG. Destroy Mind? LoL. And its not even an Elite? Combine it with MoR and you can knock out a monk with ease the entire game.

Obsidian Blades - Rape for Sins, or Warriors, nty.

Blessing of the gods isnt an elite?? WTF?! ITs Avatar of Balthazar+Mystic Regen+Conviction+Strength of Honor combined?! NTY.

A lot of these skills, if your serious about them, need to be elites. Period.

first off for obsidian blades if you look it doesnt add damage it changes your damage so if a war or sin took it it would be +40 armor, and a war would deal LESS DAMAGE and its earth damage so its not like its armor ignoring.... there are much better elites for non-eles. all this is good for is to turn an ele into a close range combatant to better use skills like crystal wave

also blessing of the gods REQUIRES A FORM TO BE GOOD, thats why its not elite.... cause then you couldnt use it with a form lol.

also idk why wreck mind is met with so much apprehension first off ill make it fast casting so no other class can use it and second YOU NEED MORE ENERGY THAN THEM FOR IT TO WORK WELL, so really this is only good against a monk who had to all out spike heal.

Edit: Re-read the skill. Good idea, I think. Maybe less energy otherwise it could become spammable with a warrior based team.

hum but its 30 second recharge but you may be right.... and its only attacking foes so its not like it can take out monks

well i guess but adren skill with recharge = really really weird..... and adren is much easier for a war to get than energy.

lol this would also hurt warrior but i really do think there should be a way to stop shouts.

I like Sonic Boom a lot. There really should be more ways to counter chants and shouts.
